At 888 Supplements, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all your supplement needs across Australia and internationally.
Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday from our distribution centres in Western Australia via Australia Post. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times vary based on your location and may be longer for rural or regional areas.
Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Remote Areas
Australia Post delivers to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations. If you're not home at the time of delivery, eligible parcels may be safely left at your address via Safe Drop, or taken to the nearest Post Office or 24/7 Parcel Locker.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available within Australia for orders over $150.
Orders under $150 will incur a standard shipping rate.
Heavy Item Levy
Orders containing heavy cartons of RTDs (Ready-to-Drink) will incur a $15 heavy item levy, applied at checkout—regardless of final order value or eligibility for free shipping.
Pre-Ordered Products
Products listed as pre-order are currently out of stock but can be specially ordered. Dispatch typically takes 2 weeks, depending on supplier availability. We will notify you if there are any major delays.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Please allow up to 5 business days during promotional or sale periods.

Public Holidays: Orders are not processed on WA public holidays.

Items may be shipped from multiple locations depending on availability. Split orders may result in extended delivery times.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you wish to provide Authority to Leave, please include this in the “Special Instructions” at checkout.
Please note: 888 Supplements is not liable for parcels after delivery if ATL is granted.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.
You can track your parcel by:

Using the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

Entering your mobile number at checkout to receive live text updates.

Downloading the Shop App by Shopify or using the AusPost App or a MyPost account for tracking and delivery updates.

Visiting the Australia Post tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

You can collect your order from over 4,700+ Australia Post Collection Points, including:

PO Boxes
To use a Parcel Locker:

Sign up for a MyPost account and verify your identity.

Choose a Parcel Locker as your delivery address.

At checkout, enter your selected Parcel Locker.

You’ll receive an SMS or email with your access code when your parcel arrives.

Collect within 48 hours or it will be redirected to a nearby Post Office.
After Your Purchase
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order has been submitted.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 3 business days, our team will contact you to offer a refund or suitable substitution.
Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully—we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
We will offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect items received

Faulty or damaged products

Misdescribed items
Returns must be lodged within 3 weeks of purchase with proof of purchase (retain your e-invoice).
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the fault is on our part.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

Clearance, promotional, or special items (final sale)

Opened or used products
-
Naturally clumping powdered supplements (pre-workouts, amino acids, nitric oxide boosters, etc.), as these products are naturally deliquescent.
Returns (if applicable) can be lodged at any Australia Post drop-off point, including 24/7 Parcel Lockers, Post Offices, and Street Posting Boxes.

Important: If using a VISA Gift Card, it must be registered to the billing name and address before checkout. Orders placed with unregistered cards will be automatically cancelled by our fraud detection system.
